We took our VW to have the intercooler and glo plugs looked at. After 2 weeks of being told they couldn't start our car we went to get our car back. They had sprayed the ignition with both dry and wet lube creating a nice sludge I'm the ignition. After scraping it out we got it started after about 30 minutes. They said they had tried for 3 hours unsuccessfully. The manager assumed zero responsibility for damaging the ignition and told me I was trespassing and he was calling the cops when we confronted him about the damage. Unprofessional as they come. Zero communication. In the 2 weeks they had our car they didn't make or return a call. We had to reach out for any information. Poor, poor service and communication.
