Enjoy the downpour inside when it rains the slums are in better shape then these ancient apartments. Enjoy your 20 year old ac that will run 24/7 and never cool. Enjoy the countless bugs that will get into your apartment. Enjoy the management/ repair people that barley speak English. Enjoy the theft that happens jn this area. Enjoy the shootings that happen.

Sunny Hills has been quite a pleasant place to live. Having now lived here almost 7 years I have decided to renew my lease based on continued good experience. The apartments are generally well maintained with the exception of some wear and tear (my current apartment has had an issue with the heating/cooling that I was never able to get completely resolved) and are very quiet and peaceful. The staff are always pleasant and pretty easy to work with; they always work to solve issues to the best of their ability. Shout-out to Rossi who has been there to help me all the way from my first apartment to my newest one! If you are hesitant because of the negative reviews then I suggest at least meeting with one of the office ladies and seeing what they have to offer...you just might be surprised!

DO NOT LIVE HERE!! My worst experience so far. Worst people working at the club house Rosi and all the staff. I moved out over 4 yrs ago and I went to removed my name of the lease since I had a roommate at the time. Then found out, they sent me to collections a few months ago. I called them many times to made sure my name was removed and every time they said yes. LIARS. I would never live here again.
