Exceptional Imaging Center 3D/4D/5D/HD Ultrasound & Xray

Not quite what I expected. Package was a 3D/4D ultrasound which included a CD and printed B&W images. Firstly, the technician was not the same as who I booked the appointment with, the technician who did the scan was a bit inexperienced and required assistance from another technician midway through the scan. When the images were printed, it appears the printer was low on ink, because every image had vertical lines through it. And lastly, despite it being a 4D scan, which I thought would have the movie clips, that is apparently not something they do here; an assumption on my part by the definition of 4D, but not explicitly stated on the website. I have friends who went elsewhere and got the video clips during their 4D scans so this was very disappointing. When I got back home I looked at the photos on the flash drive and was even more disappointed in how low resolution they were, with a file size so small that they would only print as wallet size before losing quality; so with the streaky B&W prints and the flash drive images I have nothing nice to frame.

Took me a while to find a good imaging place that had available appointments and that was going to cater for my needs. Scheduling the appointment was fast and easy. Renee is awesome and very sweet. Her passion in wanting to help her patients truly shows based off of my appointment experience as a first time patient. During my procedure Renee made sure to prioritize that I was comfortable. The procedure was super quick and easy. Would definitely recommend this imaging center to all patients without hesitation.

I had a great experience getting my 3D/4D ultrasound! Initially I went the week before and my baby was not cooperating and had both his hand and foot in his face. The wonderful sonography Sherwanda attempted multiple times to get him to cooperate and when unsuccessful I rescheduled which was very easy to do. I followed all instructions given to me to drink 5-6 bottles of water without ice and I had candy ready just in case. For my repeat ultrasound my sonography was Renee who you can tell enjoys what she does. She is literally the baby whisperer. She knows multiple tricks and position changes to help the baby to cooperate and to get photos. I would highly recommend this place. It is very warm and welcoming both visits I have been here. Thank you Sherwanda and Renee for the EXCEPTIONAL service!!
