Try to stop here every fall to watch migrating birds, and resident birds too.

Very rude employee berated us for not knowing the creeks were closed for hunting. Minimal signage and access was opened

A visit with family from out of state. Unfortunately, just for the time of year, we didn't see as much waterfowl as we have in previous visits. But still a nice area to visit.

Their rules state: permitted Dogs on a leash no more than 10ft in length. All dog waste must be collected and disposed of properly.
Nope. Bombay is a national wildlife refuge. Entry is $4/vehicle/day.
You can purchase either a daily or annual pass at Bombay Hook. It would be good for all of the National Refuges.
They were not open when I was there a few weeks ago.
You can walk most of the trails, and I have seen people on their bikes. Theres some trails that takes you around and the view it's just breathtaking. Some trails are longers than others just take plentiful of water and bring some bug spray.
The Wildlife Refuge is about a 40 minute drive from the Rehoboth boardwalk, and 20 minutes from Prime Hook NWR, south off of Route 1. A vehicle is needed to explore the various trails and see the different areas of the park. There is a Visitor's Center with restrooms and parking.

To be honest I'm not sure
Yes.
Blue herons are plentiful there. And white egrets.
Yes is open. Sorry I don't remember about restroom at the other little entrances. But there is one on the main entrance.
With in the next month or so
Try a coin dealer. Defect and misprinted coins sometimes have value.
Not really sure but what I do know is Bombay Hook NWR has Snapper, Painted and Box turtles
There's Woodland Beach close to there, but it's much smaller than the resort beaches
No, it's mostly marsh land with ponds for birds and other wildlife
Bring a wet towel if the green heads get in your car you know what to do with it LOL also blast the air conditioner they don't like the cold air and of course bug spray if you get out to take photos
