You can walk most of the trails, and I have seen people on their bikes. Theres some trails that takes you around and the view it's just breathtaking. Some trails are longers than others just take plentiful of water and bring some bug spray.
I normally drive through that area because it's an alternate route home from my cousin's house. I wasn't aware of any walking or bicycle paths. But S Reeser is correct about the bug gear. The mosquitoes will carry you away! Hope I helped and enjoy
To add to the previous answer, bug spray isn't much help. You're better off to have long pants and a long sleeve field shirt, and a bug net or some other kind of face and neck covering. You can walk the car paths. You'll commonly see birdwatchers and photographers park to the side and walk from their cars as well.
Sure you can walk. I biked it with my dog and just parked and walked to see the side trails because you can't bike on those. But definitely definitely spray your self down!!!! My dog and I both got bit up and we both had spray on. There are also a LOT of signs for Ticks so beware.
Thank you Paolo just wanted to make sure if you would get yelled at for walking on the car path
