Avoid the headache. Advertised as spacious which is the farthest from the truth. Poor communication from property management. Maintenance issues are hard to get resolved as their are only two maintenance personnel for the whole property. Overpriced with no amenities other than an in unit washer that constantly causes flooding. Outdated appliances.

This location is a good quiet and cozy place to live in, yet it's unfortunate that new property manager associates have been hired, who seem to answer the phones promptly. That is no longer the case at this point, as I've been calling two weeks straight for a friend who wants to rent a townhouse unit. This will be well over the tenth time that referring someone was unsuccessful due to the lack of them not answering calls with a full voice-mail inbox. Hopefully, the owner will someday find property manager associates who call function efficiently. I will update my review once that happens.

Management will not return calls, emails or notes left. Not sure anyone works there. If the Management is like this I cannot imagine what other conditions exist. Sorry that one star was as low as I could rate.

Anytime I have a maintenance issue it takes forever to get resolved. I call and leave messenger and even report it on the website but I don’t get a response. The rent increases every year and the place is poor quality. Terrible communication, no response from maintenance or the “landlord”. These dumps shouldn’t be more than $700 a month. Sick and tired of this. I’m getting out of here. Suggestion look somewhere else in Smyrna before you come here.
