Is kayaking allowed in Bombay Hook?

No, it's mostly marsh land with ponds for birds and other wildlife

It's not clear from the website - that's why I asked lol It just says, "There is no public boat ramp or fishing from the wildlife drive. If a boat enters the refuge from the Delaware Bay, individuals can fish from their boat. They are not allowed to get onto land and the waterways are closed to commercial fishing." But one doesn't need a boat ramp to get a kayak in and out of the water, which is why I'm wonder if it is allowed. Prime Hook appears to be a fair distance away on the map?

Visit the website for a definitive answer. As far as I know, you can't launch from Bombay Hook. You can x definitely, launch from Prime Hook which is a bit father South of Bombay Hook.
