Yes, there is a service to leave the baggage if your room is not ready or if you can't go in it.
In front of the entrance there is a large area to stop the car and drop off the bags while you stop the car (leave someone watch them) . When you enter there is the guest service on the right and there you can ask them for help.
No baggage area. You pull up and check in then move to parking. The parking is very close to the rooms.
