I saw a couple dressed in Brazilian flag color with ID's that identified them as Portuguese speaking

Online is quickest way. Otherwise there is a wait at the door. Park reaches capacity early so if you do not have tickets you may not get in

You can buy them either online or at the gate. They sell tickets 365 days a year 24 hours a day. Disney does have Portuguese staff they have translators all over just have to ask if you need one.
