It's advisable. I saw plenty of people with shorts and shirts over their suit. And plenty of women in swim burkas. That's really a matter of personal choice.
That is a dumb question. Of course you wear a swim suit. It is a swim park.
If you want to go in the water I would suggest it but I guess if you were just going to watch others you wouldn't have to.
I don't like swimming and the rest of the family love it, so I found a good spot to sit and relax. No swim suit required. I spent the day in my sheets and T-shirt eating pretzels.
