I am on disability, my budget is very limited. They offered me a payment program that works by removing the money directly from your account. I agreed to a specific amount and am now being billed double that amount. My dogs dental work became extensive, they didn't call to tell me, just did much more without my consent and now I have to pay twice as much for a total of 14 months. The total also included her original exam and shots.
If you are on disability they take that into consideration. I'm not sure about free, but very little cost.
Sounds like you might qualify for little to no cost for the spay, the city lisc with disability can be free, (up to 3 exemptions per year are allowed- for duval) $65 puppy package- then 3 more boosters next 3 months, 3 weeks apart average of $31 a visit for that. All very very affordable through First Coast No More Homeless Pets. They are NOT free, but very reasonable, AMAZING PLACE!!
Lowest rates in town. You would have to talk to them.
