This station is a hot mess on a cold corner. The pumps paper receipt dispensers are consistently out of paper and or not functioning properly. I’ve been complaining for months and no action is ever taken . The orange haired employee/shrew Vanessa is constantly on the phone no matter how long the line is and will try to chastise you for “ interrupting “ her. Is this station that desperate that’s the best help they can find? Is it that hard to put receipt tape in or make a service call? Apparently Shell on Cassat street thinks so. Go elsewhere!

Very polite and helpful I was grateful for lady who helped me with my purchase and took to car as I walk with cane.Also wish to give extra thanks to Mary who has been so helpful. She is a very caring person. She is an excellent employee in my opinion. Thanks Mary.
