This is by far the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. I live right around the corner and it certainly cannot be overstated how disappointing, aggravating, and pathetic this location is. I swear the ice cream/shake machine has been down for nearly a year. There is no direction or urgency and customer service is literally the last thing on anyone’s mind. Do yourself a huge favor and drive over to the McDonald’s on Normandy, it’s the recently remodeled one. I’m sure they have their moments over there as well but not like this location. Cassett Avenue McDonald’s is truly hopeless.

Service was a little slow but the food was fresh and hot. And as a reminder, BE KIND to anyone serving you. The poor woman at the window thanked us for being nice to her. Kindness should be expected.

Hardee's has the best biscuits and gravy for a fast food place.also Krystal's has a wonderful biscuits and gravy breakfast bowl

No, drive thur only. I've visited the 8th st location and noticed not all staff wears their mask properly. Under the nasal passages does absolutely nothing to prevent the spread and on that note I don't think I'll visit the one on Cassat. Especially since I can't see if they have them on. I know the girls at the windows don't.
Yes you would report it to Ubereats and they will track back to the driver and they will investigate to see what happened it is so they will reimburse your money for what you did not get and maybe a credit
