As of 6/27/21 Are the McDonalds off of Casset and the one on Normandy Blvd/Lane Av are these 2 locations still Drive-Thru only? Or is the Dining back open to the public again

Why is this mcdonalds never open in the morning. The management should be fired. Its was 5:30am, doors locked, no orders being taken at the drive through. And this has become a daily thing.
