I ordered ahead on the Wendy's so I could get back to work faster and not have to wait in the line the order. I ended up waiting for 22 minutes for a 2 Dave's Doubles and an iced tea. I would have liked to give 5 stars because the food was very good. The issue is that you failed at the concept of "fast" food. If I'm in rhe area again I will give them another shot.

I no longer love this Wendy's. I have been going there well over 10 years. The customer service for me has now gotten worse. I really wouldn't want to work at this Wendy's. It seems they are very disorganized. The annoyances here for me is that I have to ask for a receipt everytime I go and they ask you to wait at the window you pay at before you can drive to get your food. It doesn't make sense. If I did drive up they aren't to happy if I do. I wouldn't recommend going unless it is the only one in your area. I do hate to see how it has deteriorated over the years. I wonder what is going on behind the scenes.
