I have been wearing glasses since I was 12 years old and I am now 79. Whenever I got new glasses the tech put them on me and always made sure they were fitting right on my face Adjusting what ever needed to be adjusted. When I got my glasses this time the girl handed them to me and told me to look around and tell her if I could see everything. Told her yes and that was the end of my visit. Now when I bend over they almost fall off. Have to push them up on my nose constantly. The price they charge for glasses you would think they would be sure they fitted correctly. NOT HAPPY! I was given a call to get my glasses adjusted. I asked if they had anyone trained to adjust glasses and not just hand them to me. She assured me they did. When I went back to get them adjusted the same thing happened. They took the glasses to another part of the store while I stood at the check in and adjusted them and handed them back to me. I guess I will have to find someone to adjust them elsewhere. I want to ad that this Optometrist is fantastic it is a shame that he has to be judged by the after staff

I was looking forward to getting glasses to drive at night. I spoke with the insurance company, and they called MyEyeDoctor to see if they accepted my insurance. It was a three-way call, and I heard this place confirm myself that they accept my insurance. When I got here, they said they didn't. I feel like my experiences and disappointments here are not unique after reading some of these reviews. A waste of time time and effort trying to do business with MyEyeDoctor.

What a wonderful experience. Courtney was not only professional but extremely nice, repaired my glasses long after the office closed. Will return there any time I need new glasses.
