I will update this review on the weekend. I just called to make a reservation for 10 pax and they had very poor customer service. The person picking up the phone was arrogant and rude. That is not a great start however we will still try the this place out.

No they don't. It's a type of restaurant when you will always eat something delicious.
Reservations are not required, but you probably should have a reservation, if only to be on the safe side.
I would suggest showing up in person and requesting an application. Wear something presentable as you can only make a first impression once.
Valet is offered, or garage for self parking.. drive past the valet and turn left at the end of the building for the garage. Follow the signs for restaurant parking.. keep your ticket. Garage is free but i think it may need to be validated by the restaurant
