Richmond location. Is this a scam? They charge almost $10 for this and look at this tiny portion, very disappointed, as I've been there before and had good experiences.

Worst service when you want food after 2am. How does the one place known to be open 24/7 closes at 2am. Like at least close at 3am. Disappointed especially when online it still says 24/7. Lies!!
