Slow as anything And Missed up my simple order

Workers lied. There were 4 of them in the building and they said their system was down. I went ahead and did pickup order in the parking lot and when I pulled in and told them my name they had the order. If the system is actually down it wont print out mobile/pickup orders, if the system is actually down it doesnt allow any incoming orders because there isnt anything to send it to. Fix this please or stop advertising as 24 hours.

Service at this location is the worst I've found in Jacksonville. Even though it's less than 1/2 mile from my home, I try to go to other locations for anything more than coffee. As for the burgers, either you love Krystal's or you don't. Fresh beats anything under the heat lamp by a long shot. I've been eating Krystal's since the early 60's and even though they are smaller, I still love them.
