I had a good experience with buying my Altima here back in 2019, but it got totaled by another vehicle last December and I have been trying to get my check from the leftover portion of the extended warranty for almost 10 months now. When they originally said they sent it, I waited 2-3 months and never got it. The Navy then made me move away and they were unable to send it to my new address for some reason so they said they could send it to the dealership and I could have a friend pick it up. I have been following up every month or two since they and can't seem to get a response or get the leftover money owed to me from the canceled extended warranty.
