I have been satisfied everytime with my hair never a disappointment ! Caitlin was amazing super gentle and surprises me with my results everytime ! I used to have a dark red and she managed to not only keep red without killing my hair, She has turned it into this beautiful brown exactly how Ive requested . She trimmed my hair and kept my length leaving my hair nice and healthy . She managed to make me smile and laugh after a long day of work she has such a positive energy i love love love it ! So yesterday me and my sister walk into the store. Immediately I observed we are getting eye followed by two employees ( heavy set white female, and a skinny white male, both with brown hair) . It got to the point it was very noticeable and uncomfortable. We end up purchasing 70 dollars of makeup and while at the register both are extremely rude. Despite the fact we were racial profiled … because unfortunately two white females that came in shortly after did not receive that treatment… the heavy set white female wants to stare us down into our vehicle once we leave… DO NOT GO HERE !! This has been the most disgusting experience of my life.. both employees were working at this location on 7-11-22 at approximately 7 o’clock. I wish a supervisor can read this and address how seriously disgusting his employees acted. We gave no type of indication to be treated this way. And intop of that… my sister is a diamond member who spends 100’s on this merchant.
