Horrible customer service , had to wait almost an hour to get my food , doors also don't open until 11:40 when it says they open at 11:00 but staff said they open at 12 (horrible staff ) restaurant needs to do better job.

It's real chicken, like what mom makes at home. High in protein, low in carbs. You can't go wrong here.

Awful, awful, awful. No taste, they water down the black beans, absolutely no color, no salt, nothing. The chicken leg is the size of my little thumb. She forgot my friend yuca, it was horrible, had to throw it away. Never again. It's sad, Pollo Tropical used to serve good food. Not anymore.
