The people at Ryan Oaks are very efficient and friendly. the neighbors are friendly my experience is a great one The maintenence comes right over to fix maintenence requests the same day!!! this is great. maintenence continues to be great. They fix what ever the issue is or they replace it. I couldn't be happier

I lived at Ryan Oaks for 6 yrs. Its a wonderful complex. Alexis was always there n ready to help. If i needed something fixed they usaully there that day. The grounds are always kept up nice. I recommend this apartment complex to anyone that wants a nice place to live.Thank you Alexis for being the perfect manager.
