Sales were excellent & office scheduling and followup were excellent. A solid 5. But the installers were sloppy albeit they were experienced and quite capable. Wiping mud and concrete off the brand new fence might be overlooked by many so my bigger issue is the large pile of dirt left onside of the fence and a large pile of mulch left on the other. I'm at an age where physical labor is challenging. I'm very surprised neither the salesman or the officemate a follow up call to see if I was satisfied. BRW I paid 29% more than for the 2nd best proposal based on the professionalism of this company. I would give the fence installers an average grade of "3" which is why my overall score was a "4".
