I have been trying to get in touch with Forrest Scott Fencing to fix my gate and latch for almost a year now. Around a month or two after my fence was originally installed I started having problems with my gate opening and closing and the latch not working properly. After numerous calls and voicemails (most of which were never returned) i was told they would come out one day that week and fix the issue, but they never showed up. If this company would just communicate and actually follow through on their commitments with past customers then it wouldn’t be receiving so many bad reviews because their fences really do look great when done properly.

I reached out to Forrest Scott Fencing and spoke with Melissa, she set up an appointment for me to get an estimate on privacy fencing and possible metal work (as I rehabilitate wildlife). Forrest worked with me (and through Melissa/Alicia) to understand what I needed specifically for my animals and even had some ideas that I didn’t think of. My yard is always wet and this rain has not helped the situation at all. Forrest & his crew came out last week and worked in the pouring rain to get my job completed. I can not thank this company enough for keeping me updated & then working through the weather in order to help my wildlife. I will most definitely be calling them again once I have my land cleared for more fencing!!!

I called Forrest Scott Fencing to get a few different quotes, his office staff is always prompt in responding to any questions I had. Within about 2 weeks of putting in my deposit, Mr. Scott was on my property taking measurements. Within 3 days his crews arrived, they were very polite but stayed busy the entire time. They were able to tear down my fence, build my new one, and completed it in about 2.5 days. The crews cleaned their jobsite daily, which I was thankful for because not many clean until the job is finished. I will be using this company again for the installation of my electric gates.

I have wasted hours and hours of my time over the past few months trying to get them to repair the fence that they built. Lost files, countless unreturned calls, no-show for at least 3 appointments — SO frustrating and disappointing. So their “Forrest Scott” sign is hanging off their broken fence facing our street indefinitely - not a good look. I am truly flabbergasted by how terrible their service and customer relations have been. Drop the ball once or twice? Okay - things happen. But this has been going on for months and it is ridiculous.
