It's quicker to stop by than call them.
They never called me back after leaving several messages for several days.

If you leave just your phone number on the recording, they will get back with you. It might take up to 48 hours, but they will call you back.
Sometimes they've called me back but not always. You can always create an account and schedule an appointment online, unless it's an emergency of course.
You will need to leave a message with call back number. Due to staffing issues from covid that's how the system is. They tend to call back same day.
