The same thing happened to me a couple weeks ago. I made an appointment for spaying and wasn't told that it was at the Norwood location. It sounds to me like training customer service to make sure the location is known needs to be reinforced.
We actually Spay and Neuter all week at the Norwood location only. When your appointment was set and confirmed you would have been told you were going to the Norwood location. The drop off time is correct for that location. Hope to see you soon. Kacie Flagor FCNMHP
they don't spay at cassat.. you have to go to the other location
The time is correct, but I go to the one on Norwood and they only do it on Monday's
