No but they are much cheaper than other vets. The one off cassat is great!
When you call them they dont return your call until later that day or following day if they even do if it's a emergency good luck getting any information on what steps to take or trying to get your pet in there they need a receptionist to monitor there phones I went else where because I couldn't get hold to any one they make enough money there to do so instead of leaving customer hanging
No. But they're cheaper than a vets office or emergency clinic. According to their site: A $30 PHYSICAL EXAM IS REQUIRED FOR ALL OFFICE VISITS
