I don't believe so... you would need to take it to Jacksonville Humane society or find it a home.Sorry
They might have someone who works there that is willing to take the kitten or they may know a person who is willing to foster the kitten.
They have signs everywhere not to drop off. Humane society is your best bet. Or gift
