Call the office, I'm not sure how the process goes now because of covid-19 but someone at the front desk can help you. They are very friendly and will work with you.
On their website they have a form to fill out. Once that is done, you will get an email and a phone call to set an appointment. Due to COVID they've stopped allowing people to come to the building to schedule.
