The best thing to do is call barcs if they have room they will send someone to come get them
Call the center Barcs they have a great center and l just adopted one of their cats. She also got spae before picked her up. Shes very loving. Just in pain a bit naturally but we taking great care of her. Thats what this place is all about. You can visit them and look for a dog or cat at the location.
If possible I would suggest building small shelters for the cats. Boxes or crates would work best for because the shape and depth are ideal resting places for cats. They love boxes! Line them with anything you have around that is soft and a little dry food to let them know they are welcome. After that I would suggest that you try the catch and release program in order to keep the population down.
If barcs can't help I'd advice feeding them and keeping count of them I also work at cats are us so if you like to drop the area me and my friends can check it out I've worked with cats for 4 years now got them homes got them fixed vaccinated, Fed , loved and cared for
