If you have a mice issue, you need to call a pest company. A cat isn't going to hunt your mice & eat them. It will hunt things & half kill them & leave them as a "gift" for you in the middle of the living area! Especially a hairless cat which is a pure breed cat.
No, dude. You need to contact your nearest pest control company because mice and rats carry disease and illness that can and will infect your cat.... And if you want to take care of a cat, that's not a way to do so. If you're looking to get an actual cat pet (not to use as pest control), I'd recommend calling the SPCA shelter. By the way, they'd also discourage you from adopting to use for pest control. Again, I cannot emphasize this enough -- if you have a pest problem, contact your nearest pest control. Don't adopt a cat just for that.
Cats are not pest control....I repeat, cats are not pest control!
All Cats love to hunt, Get a good pet brush... and brush your cat 3 or more times a day. Your cat will love you even more.
There are Sphinx's which are completely hairless, Cornish Rex's, and chartreuse cat's which are completely gray in color that shed about 2 times a year and also are know to be naturally excellent hunters. Hope this helps
