Is your dog okay now? If you hadn't posted six months ago, I would say get her to the vet immediately. Could be an obstruction, pancreatitis, IBD. Especially with the first two, time is of utmost importance. Your vet can most likely wait for payment, but your dog may not be able to wait for service.
Same thing happened to my dog, a Yorkie. It turned out to be Pancreatitis, this can be deadly for your dog. Seek help immediately.

Have you tried canned food or even raw meat? Just to get some nutrients in him?
Give rice
Try a little bit of Pepto-Bismol until you can get him to the vet
Go to the vet to check the stomach. People say when dogs eat grass they wanna make themselves throw up he/she might be sick in the stomach. If I wear you I take him to the vet. It might be serious. Good Luck ᵔᴥᵔ
Check tempature, you can give baby peditight ( dont know if spelling correct) if dont want to drink it use a surenge you can get them from a vet. Get clear pedilight it helps so dehyderate. Absolutely no table food.
