As long as they are on a lease they should be OK there is a big open field I'm sure they could get on but probably are not allowed in the children's playground.

Keep them on a leash and clean up after them. And keep them off the playground. Walk them by the lake
I've personally seen several small dogs there but I also don't think they will be allowed in the kids playground.
