The playground at Sylvab Park is designed for ages 2-5 and 5-12. Pros: 1. Clean shaded playground 2. Restrooms available 3. Covered pavilion with two large picnic tables and chargrill provided 4. Fenced in playground 5. Tennis court at Seminole County Sports Training Center Con: The picnic pavilions are more than 50 feet away from the playground area.

Nice public park, with quite a few facilities. There are 9 tennis courts (hard court) that are lighted and open till about 10pm on weekdays and close a little earlier on weekends. There are also soccer fields there that also have lights so can play in the evenings. One tennis court has wall practice. They also have a ball machine available to rent. The staff is mostly quite helpful. They have ongoing tennis group lessons for all types of ages and skill levels.

Yes there are just a couple bleachers. So if a lot of people watching, wild be a good idea to take your own lawn chairs
