Good access to St. Johns for fishing on old bridge. Busy boat launch on weekend. Only downside was amout of trash near pavillion - site needs some TLC.

Yes, they've poured new concrete to reach 2 of the ramps. Thr middle ramp, as far as I saw last weekend, is still unattainable.
Yes you can fish there and it's a nice place. Good fishing place is also next to the dock area where the sand is. Enjoy.
it is fresh water but with so many boats around you might get some diesel fuel gasoline floating in the water not bad but still clean enough to swim stay away from the marina...
No camping. The only overnight parking is for boat trailer/tow vehicle, i.e., people using the ramp.
