How quickly does maintenance address any issues in apartments once request has been made by tenant. Especially for urgently needed fixes?

Maintenance comes same day for emergencies, or within 1-2 day for non-emergencies. Hope this helps!

Took 6 months to fix leak under kitchen sink. No upgrades to the apartment we were shown as assistant manager agreed to. Maintenance is only quick fix if that, needed reminded several times. Billing for water sewer, garbage always high and not consecutive, no media room available as advertised, laundry room is dirty & priced to high, apartments are priced to high, manager bullies tenants with little to no regard to tenants in crisis, and to the single mothers, charges over the top late fees, including to government subsided apts. Eviction notices given on first day of month for non pymt on rent. Recommend new management.

I have never had them address anything within a week. Usually it is months. My fire alarm has been gone for two weeks now. Instead of fixing the issue they took my fire alarm out. I still have a co2 detector which also works for fire but I have yet to be able to set it off at times when it should go off (ie smoke in the house from cooking). I pray we don’t have a fire.

I have waited for almost an entire year now, and some of my issues are still not fixed. I still have mold and roaches in my apartment. They were going to replace my front window in January, but it was deemed to be okay. It continues to become moldy even when condensation is not present. All the fixes are coverups to mask the problems there is never anything permanent or in a way to remove the problem. I have a waterproof board over my tile in my bathroom to cover up a water leak I am guessing. There was also a mold spot over my tub when I moved in. The manager promised to remove the mold. I set everything up to be ready. When I got home, they had only painted over the spot with Kilz. They said it was mold killing paint. It is paint which blocks mold and odors but does not kill them. So the mold still exists inside the walls. The water and mold are attracting the roaches. The receptacle in the bathroom trips regularly because the roaches go into it.
