We were looking for an apartment for our son who attends the U and toured several other properties in the area before stumbling upon LibertyBlvd. Without a doubt, no other place compares. The staff is extremely friendly, courteous, and kind, and Cody was absolutely fantastic from start to finish and will be there to help with anything and everything you might need. Believe me, you’ll be highly impressed. In addition, the amenities are terrific (including a gym, swimming pool, covered parking, and a roof top terrace), the property is very safe and highly secure, and it is located in the perfect spot next to two Trax stations, grocery stores, restaurants, and shopping all of which are within walking distance. The apartments are also spacious, modern, impressively well-maintained, and absolutely immaculate, and you will feel that you are living in a home rather than just a rental. Simply stated, I cannot say enough great things about LibertyBlvd and would highly recommend it to everyone.

Since last summer, I have lived in Liberty Boulevard and only have great things to say about the building and the management. I lived in many places, and it feels nice to have a well-maintained building where everything works, very quiet, and extremely clean combined with all modern appliances, gym, rooftop, and the swimming pool. Have to love the location and the neighborhood. Also, I very much enjoy the complimentary coffee and occasional hangouts in the lounge room. Personal thanks to Larissa, Cody, Lou, Alex, Louie, and Mila for genuinely making this place feel like home. I highly recommend this building if you look for something modern, cozy, and worry-free.

I lived in Liberty BLVD for about a year and really enjoyed it. The staff was great and really cared and took care of me. Whenever I had issues, the maintenance team was quick to take care of it. Also great amenities with an awesome pool for the summer and great roof deck with beautiful views. I really enjoyed my time there.

This place is awesome,Larissa and cody were so patient with me during the application process,they informed me every step of the way,these apartments are beautiful...lobby and general community areas are clean,I would absolutely recommend these apartments to anyone who wants to move in here,parking is 💯 secure,cameras everywhere,and you get your own covered assigned parking space,and security locked gate, no fighting for parking...honestly the staff are all friendly and helpful....
