If I could put zero stars I would. The office staff is very unprofessional and unhelpful with everything. They will not put anything in writing. If you need to talk with the manager you need to go in person or keep calling until you get her to answer as the office does not pass along messages for her to call back. Their way of communicating is taping things to every residents door, not caring if your personal information is on it. The elevators break almost every week with them taking 2-3 weeks to fix them. Took over 8 months for them to do construction on the gym with no answers on timeline, yet they got their office done in a week. Took them over a month to fix the mailboxes meaning residents had to drive to the post office to get any mail. If you can go to another complex in the area and save yourself the headache

Dillon is the most efficient handyman . He is so professional in every way . He does a thorough job with everything he does . He is kind and honest and always works . His professionalism should be a model for this apartment complex . He has fixed everything for me in a really short amount of time . Altitude on 5th should be proud of him in representing your apartment community . He really should get a raise !

Been here for around 2 1/2 years and it wasn't until my second year here that I started noticing all the downfalls. 1. You can assure one of two elevators are always going to be down, and in a 7 story building with a ton or residents, its always a huge problem. (This week the second one went down so stairs for everyone it is.) 2. Staff has been super kind when it comes to picking up packages and all, however, once you have a noise complaint or an actual problem management I don' t think could care less. 3. There's no security in the parking lots, our car has been broken into and instead of implementing cameras or something they just raised the price of a parking spot up to $100 per. On top of all of this. there have been no huge changes to the building and they are raising our rent this year... Despite it all it is an amazing location and probably the only reason I can justify giving two stars. (posting this on alt account because I've heard of them retaliating against bad reviews)
