The apartmens are nice and lighter, very good size but the parking areas are dirty. Prior administracions keep up with cleaning, the swimming pool closed this hot summer and the south gate is always oppen.(broken) for longer than three months as a result of that is unsafe.

This place is awesome! The bedroom & living room are much bigger than I expected, the kitchen is perfect for dinners alone at home or hosting a group of friends, and I absolutely love that we each have our own personal Washer & Dryer in our apartment! That alone is worth the weight of GOLD! • The large pool, year round hot tub, 2 great big outside grill and lounge areas, and outdoor gas fire pit make this place feel like you’re on a vacation! Not to mention, the super stacked gym that we get 24 hour access to use for working out and the elevators that make it SO convenient when moving in! • In talking with the office staff, they all seem really genuine and super nice! The Property Manager is way friendlier than any other manager I’ve ever had in the past, the Maintenance Tech is on top of his game, and they both seem to have a unique problem solving skill right at their fingertips! • I pride myself on living life to the fullest and cannot wait to continue doing that from here! If you have yet to check this place out and go on a tour, I highly recommend doing so ASAP and while they still have some units available! I’m so glad I did! If you end up moving in here, I’ll see you around the fire pit!

Been here for a few weeks and I absolutely love it! So far it’s clean, quiet, and I personally think the apartment layout is designed well. Also with rising housing prices, I think it’s fairly priced. I’m very happy I ended up at Via :)

Car parked inside broken into.. already 3rd time it happens that I could remember in 2 years. Amazon packages stolen. Lobby used to be constantly stocked with goodies for residents but that all went away with COVID (or perhaps change in management). Lured with $1200/month rent? Be ready for $1600/month at the very least with a bunch of hidden fees. Can't select your own internet and if you don't watch television, well you will pay $150/month for TV and internet. Trash pick-up is a terrible idea all local apartments seem to love. They dirty up the halls, manage the carpets and walls, stink up the halls when they don't pass by or when residents leave them outside too late. Are people so lazy they can't take out their own trash? Pool is nice. Gym is nice. Location is nice.

Hi Tazshia! Thanks for your question. Both of those are acceptable dog breeds at this community.
SATURDAY: 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM SUNDAY: CLOSED Worst place to live btw
I would call and ask. I lived in a building in downtown salt lake area that had a few apartments set aside for low income.
