I have been a tenant at this apartment complex for 4 years. The new staff we have Tiffany, Allen, Robert, Michaela are all amazing, the best management crew since I've been here, and they work with you. The grounds are kept clean, and free of clutter. I would definitely recommend family, friends, and acquaintances to live here.

Armando is the best, he cleared our bathtub which had previously been clogged for about 6 months. He also got rid of black mold off of our wall in the water heater closet. He also, while doing all of this, gave me some advice to turn my life around and go back to school. I could not be more appreciative.

First off I get there at my appointment time and no one is there. There's a sign saying they'll be back at noon so not a great start, red flag #1. When someone finally came to open the door he didn't invite me in but proceeded to stand in the doorway and talk to me, red flag #2. He doesn't introduce himself at all but I tell him I was supposed to have a tour scheduled at 1130 and he tells me that they don't offer tours and I'm the third person who has been sent here regarding a tour through a third party website and the email I received about having an available 2br in December is not valid, red flag #3. He then tells me that I would have to contact them in October for an apartment in December but I could come back in August 15th to fill out an application (why would I fill out an application if I can not see an apartment), red flag #4. He asked how did I book the appointment and the website etc and said he would need to talk to management because the information the website is giving is incorrect. don't waste your time, patience, or gas going here

Update: I came here several years later and the property manager, Tiffany, was wonderful. What a great addition to the community. Very rude staff. Unwilling to help others and their customer service is the worst I have seen. I would definitely not recommend to others.
