Best Customer Service from the new team at the leasing office. Nato and Dajah were absolutely incredible. I just moved last week and they were both so helpful and made sure I was all good before I moved in and they even kept in touch with me after I moved in. Love the support!

I just moved in, or started moving in, nearly a month ago. The 10-day move (10 days of paying two rents) was a harrowing experience enough, but I also had to move from a 750-sq-ft apartment of a 550-sq-ft one and I'm still slowly settling in. To boot, I was the victim of 3 thefts and one vandalism, all during the month of August, 2022! That said, this apartment, though small, may work for my needs, as I keep working on making it a home, living off my savings and pension, before I seek a job, again. It is fairly quiet here, for an apartment near a freeway. I hope I can make friends soon and begin feeling more secure.

Citifront hasn’t been a terrible place to live but also not the best. We moved in about 6 months ago and had a great experience. The leasing agent was very friendly and helpful. We have loved the pool and gym and really enjoyed the clubhouse while it was open. It’s in a great location with access to everything that we need and the apartment was clean and well maintained when we moved in. We have had a few issues with the safety of the property though. We have had almost every package we’ve ordered stolen, including a $400 purchase that the company refuses to replace without video footage of the theft. We talked to Zac in the Bridges office and he was a rockstar and very helpful, but the cameras in the building do not record so there is no way to get it replaced. We also had our car window smashed and things stolen while it was parked in the gated garage. Again, there was no camera footage available which is unfortunate. Again Zac helped us out and is the highlight of management here. He was genuinely empathetic and did everything he could to make it right for us. This property needs improvement on safety and cameras that actually record and store footage would be a great start. We have been reassured that changes are coming to improve this property, but it’s hard for us to feel safe here in the mean time. There are definitely highlights about living here, especially the Bridges leasing office and all the helpful and kind leasing agents, but it’s hard to ignore the blatant safety issues.

I would give 0 stars if I could. If you only need the bare minimum: a place to sleep, working heat and ac, and water, this place is fine. If you receive packages often or order things online often, want a gym that provides adequate cleaning supplies, or someone to fix things when it breaks, I'd say there are a lot better places to live.Your packages will 100% be stolen, lost, or broken into. And when you move, it could very well take over 2 months to receive your security deposit back. The leasing office is never consistently in office. There are better places, don't move here!

The short answer is it depends. Bridge Property Management has set up several parameters with the 3rd party that does our background screenings and the applicant would have to pass the screening process. It's on a case by case basis.
As of April, 2021 the application fee is $35/adult and the Holding Deposit is $200.
