My review was removed, so I'm reposting. Avoid this place like the plague. JSA is partially owned by the SLC Housing Authority, which is a huge conflict of interest. My mother suffered two permanently disabling injuries due to property negligence (we had an expert safety executive investigate). That was two years ago and they're completely ignoring my mother and her attorney. The HA and JSA are arrogant. They prey on the less fortunate. They are bullies, and if you're not tough, they will walk over you. Jo, the 'mananger' here, is a disaster. She is very superficial and if you need nothing from her, she can be very nice. Her true colors are revealed when you have a need or a complaint. There are mutliple complaints before HUD right now that include Jo, RPM, HA, and JSA. This place is especially egregious in their treatment of people with disabilities. They have also proven to be utterly incometent in enforcing rules that imact everyone, including noise ordinances, dogs, maintenance, etc. The only clear policy on the lease that is followed and enforced without mercy, is rent. Outside of rent, your lease is optional, even though it's in writing. Crime continues to skyrocket here, so nobody and no car is safe. Drug paraphenalia is left lying around. The breezeways not near to the office are filty, with huge black stains and dirt. The pool has never been opened on time, and I've been here since 2016. Nor is kept very clean. Parking is virtually non-existent. Don't sign anything without having a parking space assigned in writing. When I moved in, they waited until I signed the lease and physically moved in, before telling me that I didn't have a space, and that I'd have to park elsewhere until I found a spot. They simply don't think about their tenants, and what being a tenant is like. They think of what they can bleed out of their tenants, and that's about it. I have it in writing, multiple times, from their attorney, that if I would remove my review and promise never to post another review again, they would 'allow' me stay in my unit. I was threatened with eviction (multiple times) if I didn't shut up. Salt Lake City is a slum now. The biggest slumlord in the valley is the HA. Run from any property owned or operated by the HA, JSA, and RPM. It's sad, really. How landlords who were never very heroic to begin with, have become slumlords as the housing market has picked up here in Utah.

The manager Joelle or Joe is the best most amazing honestly caring person you could ever have for an apt manager. She takes her job very serious and does whatever she has to to provide a safe crime free drug free place for people and families to live. They are very nice apts and they are in top of fixing anything that goes wrong FAST!!!

Joelle the office manager and her staff are delightful to work with and I enjoy having her running the property.

I agree with you Mangerment is a very bad
On west temple in the middle or back of the apts
Your just going to have to go there but more than likely
Tell Jo and have them towed
No, but I've asked them a bunch of times to post that i nformation in all handicapped stalls. Guess it's not a priority for them.
I live here I know that they're full of cockroaches and bedbugs and you're constantly fighting them and I know I'll be moving as soon as my lease is done the appliances are old and outdated and they refuse to actually replace anything until they absolutely totally break down and then you have to go without they had a fire here and now the Cockroach situation is worse because it push them all out from the apartment that burnt down and push them into my place it's a miserable place to live trust me and for $1,300 for a two-bedroom it's just not worth it at all I feel like I'm living in the ghetto
No
The rules say yes but the tentants say "F$#& that rule" you can smell smoke through your vents if they do smoke. You welcome
Yes. They have a housing program with reduced rent for those who qualify
