This is the worst place I’ve ever lived. The staff ignores you, they overcharge you every chance they get, the quality of the place isn’t work a fraction of the cost. The place was dirty when we moved in and many things/appliances did not work.

DON’T rent here!i had issues with my apartment since day one. Plus they don’t have light in the rooms, bring your own lamps. May look nice in the picture THEY TAKE . The apartment they show you on tour is not it yall, they just have it fix nice so yall like it. Plus the staff is rude af, they don’t call back when they say they will, hard to reach them, they’ll ignore your calls. Have to keep calling till someone answers.

Our move in was very frustrating. We walked into our new apartment to it being disgusting. There was mold in the bathroom, the oven wasn’t even put together and it smelled awful. We told management and they said they would get cleaners out, but they wouldn’t be there for 5 hours and then have to work for another 2. This caused us to have to extend our rentals, extend our stay at our old apartment and we didn’t finish moving until 4am the next morning. I went in the day before our move in date to try and avoid problems like this but they wouldn’t even let me look at the apartment until the day of. Our apartment is still very dirty, our door doesn’t shut, the toilet rocks and flushes constantly, half of the outlets are broken or burnt or even covered up with tape. Very disappointing.

I enjoyed most aspects of living at the Grove Apartments. Nice apartment flooring (dark wood), walkways throughout the buildings, good appliances and maintenance support. The things that were concerning were: the broken glass on the streets and walkways (all the time), too much litter on the lawns, very loud music from other residents (2-3 times a week for hours), apartment staff doesn’t call/email you when they should (to tell you a maintenance request report for example). Overall, I wouldn’t live here again but I had a pretty good time here too; it was also a great location (near the airport and no homeless people around).

Hello Siaosi, During the application process, Apartments on the Green will evaluate 3 areas of an individuals background: credit history, rental history, and criminal history. Typically, the screening system in use is set up to deny applicants with serious misdemeanor or felonies. Those files will, however, be subject to additional consideration from our audit team based on the length of time since the conviction and its severity.
