Since they’ve change the front desk staff the place is overall horrible. Waits too long, appointments too far out and they answer and put you right on hold for long periods of time. It’s really been different without Steven in there. The wife and daughter are not running the same type of practice and I don’t think they’re going to hold up as long as he did.

The lady whom I spoke with on the 12/19/2021, 1:45pm should never have any business being a customer service person. Having her as a first line of contact is a bad decision for your establishment. Rude, spoke angrily, no regards whatsoever.
