This is the third time I ordered a “top shelf “ margarita and they tried to put an upgrade $ for 1800 that I didn’t order. Didn’t ask just added to the bill. I disputed each and they took off the extra $$. UPDATE The owner Josie reached out to me and apologized for the mistake. She explained that she would get with the newer staff to make sure the order options were explain when the drink is ordered. She went a long way to make it better. It is still my favorite restaurant. Hi Mr. Walker, as time goes on many of our staff members have decided to make life changes. I know one employee opened his own taco truck, one opened his own catering, and another just felt like it was time to move on. We respect our employees decision when they think it’s time to leave. We appreciate each and every one of them, and give them our blessing when they leave. Also, the reason there are so many new faces, is because the employees that were with us for a long time each had enough hours to cover two employees (by their choice). With that being said, I had to hire 4 employees to cover 2. I’ve personally interviewed, and hired any new staff. I understand my old crew can never be replaced, but I promise to try and hire employees that will be just as kind and efficient, I’m sorry the drinks didn’t taste the same as Lulu, I will definitely look into it. Lulú works Tuesday to Sunday, Monday is her only day off (once again her choice). Thank you for your patronage sir.
Hi we are following all CDC Guidelines. We have hand sanitizer in all stations, all employees wear a mask and have to answer a questionnaire and have temperature taken before punching in for every shift. We ask all customers to wear mask and will provide one if you don’t have one. We have 50% occupancy and practice social distancing with tables. Every table, chair, booth, barstool, high chair and booster are cleaned and sanitized after each use. We provide menus, which are also sanitizer after each use or you can view menu online. We provide salt, pepper and sugar in individual packets. If you’d like your table sanitizer in front of you before sitting down, we can do that also, just tell your hostess. We mandate that all employees sanitize and wash hands frequently along with wear a mask. We encourage all customers to do the same. We do our best to follow all CDC Guidelines and try and keep guests and employees safe.
Excellent, I recommend you if you want to enjoy live music and a good atmosphere visit the Haciendas Friday and Saturday
