Every time I have walked into this store, the staff is either rude or unwilling to help you. There is always a wait time of 45 min or longer but when you look around the room there are several sell agents not doing anything. I bought a pixel 7 phone and they didn't even offer to help me transfer my data, they literally handed me the phone and were like "you can do all transferring at home it's easy nowadays" That's like not the point! Also I tried doing my trade in at their store and they told me I couldn't do it with them, that the only way was to do it all online and then mail it out. That is also not true, I was able to do the trade in in person at a different location in Seabrook where they had 4.8 stars for a good reason. This store has 3 stars also for a reason, they just like to sell but not help you out

Came in to get the home internet service. Got signed in and added to the queue and waited over an hour. The employees work extremely slow with no sense of how many people are waiting. Other people that showed up after me were helped right away. The lady that seemed to be in charge didn't care about people waiting for so long, and made faces when people asked when they would be helped. I wish I could give 0 stars, no help and unfriendly people.
