They store is kept well organized and clean, and the fitting rooms are open. The inventory changes frequently, and they always have some kind of sale going on, as well as Hot Cash to earn with purchases. My daughter loves going to HT in her various Cosplays, which is always welcomed at HT. Such a fun store!
