I don’t know if the maintenance people are their own employees or third party, but we are in the middle of a pandemic and they just tried to enter and NONE of them were wearing masks. I told them they need to be wearing one before I’ll let them in and none of them had masks on them. They said they had some in the office and they’ll grab them and come back. I went back to putting my food away and was washing my hands when they came back and rang the door bell. But they left before I could finish washing my hands and come open the door for them. It’s unacceptable behavior to be entering into strangers’ homes unmasked in the middle of a serious pandemic, especially when it’s a 55+ community.

The Office Staff at Lakeside Village (1580 W 3940 S, SLC, UT), are phenomenal and service oriented and the folks who continuously work hard to maintain the beautiful landscape surrounding the units are very nice and courteous. Lakeside Village boasts of its beautiful landscaped surrounding it, and the quick response of both the office staff and the maintenance crew when something does not work or needs to be fixed. Thank you Breanna and your crew.

Update 2022, they are doing MUCH better. A change in management has occurred and they are very helpful. I really appreciate all of the office and maintenance staff they have now. From 2017: We specifically picked out this place for my mom because of the duck pond and the pool. Before management changed it was great. Now she just received a notice that "no one under 25 is allowed in the pool after 6pm". There are 18 year olds that rent here and people with children. If they don't comply with this rule they are fined $75!!! AND the pond was so filthy that my mother became sick because of her compromised immune system. I am SO DISAPPOINTED at how downhill this place has gone. Do not rent here. The staff has become rude and uncaring and the mainance does not do their job...and they use the word "funnest" on their flyer. That's not a word.
