1st Step House has been around for decades yet is often eclipsed by elephantine Odyssey house (in spite of higher success rates and higher client satisfaction). Expanding to meet demands FSH now has four facilities to serve a broad range of clients including; veterans, the disabled, specialty and general courts, homeless, and private clients. Most of the staff are in recovery which creates a culture of equity and respect while using moral reconation therapy to enhance moral reasoning, and improve decision making and behavior.
